Aman is the chief executive and a board member of Sawtelle-based real estate development and management firm Kilroy Realty Corp., a position she’s had since January 2024. She took over the role from John Kilroy Jr., the longtime leader of the company and son of John Kilroy Sr., Kilroy’s founder. Aman is the company’s first female chief executive, as well as its first outside the Kilroy family. Prior to joining the company, Aman was the president, chief financial officer and treasurer at New York-based Brixmor Property Group. Aman is a member of Nareit, Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at The Wharton School, UCLA Anderson Board of Advisors and serves on the Board of Trustees of Equity Residential, where she is Chair of the Audit Committee.
