Nina Bays is the creative and production director at the Los Angeles Business Journal and the San Fernando Business Journal. She helps craft the visual voice of the publications, events and marketing assets, as well as oversees the ad trafficking and printing process. Her team’s design work has garnered multiple awards, including the ‘Best in Show’ designation for four consecutive years at the AABP awards. A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, she previously served as art director for the Greater Wilmington Business Journal and as co-editor/art director for WILMA magazine before joining LABJ/SFVBJ in 2017. In addition to her work in publishing, Bays is an accomplished producer of live theatre, book illustrator and mixed media artist.
