THE LATEST: Jernigan’s work in Los Angeles for international architecture firm Gensler includes C3 in Culver City, the Banc of California Stadium in Exposition Park, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel & Residences and JW Marriott at L.A. Live, The Broad museum, Metropolis and ICON at Sunset Bronson Studios.

BACKGROUND: As co-regional managing principal for San Francisco-based Gensler’s Southwest Region, Jernigan oversees the firm’s offices in Los Angeles, San Diego, Newport Beach, Phoenix, Las Vegas and Denver. He also serves on Gensler’s board. Jernigan is a fellow of the American Institute of Architects and a member of the Urban Land Institute. He’s on the board of the Los Angeles Business Council and the Central City Association of Los Angeles.

WORTH NOTING: Jernigan has been recognized for his work with awards from the AIA California Council and Coro Southern California.
