THE LATEST: Antrobius oversees the Los Angeles/Orange County portfolio for real estate logistics firm Prologis, which expanded in Southern California and other markets through last year’s $8.5 billion acquisition of DCT Industrial Trust Inc. With that deal, San Francisco-based Prologis added 71 million square feet to its overall portfolio, including 7.5 million square feet in development and redevelopment projects, and 305 acres of predevelopment land. In May, Bloomberg reported Prologis was in talks to purchase Singapore warehouse owner GLP Pte. Ltd.’s U.S. operations.

In 2006, he helped open Prologis’ Cerritos office, which is now the company’s Southwest Region headquarters. Antrobius was previously senior vice president at Trammell Crow. He got his start as an industrial broker with Colliers International in 1989. He is on the board of the Los Angeles chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
