THE LATEST: Starrett is advising on the proposed aerial tram gondola from Union Station to Dodger Stadium as well as assisting Westfield Co. Inc. with its $2 billion Promenade 2030 plan. She is representing Related’s Grand Avenue Project before the joint powers authority in connection with its recent groundbreaking and commencement of construction.

BACKGROUND: Starrett’s practice includes real estate development and infrastructure projects, advising on governmental agreements as well as related environmental and transactional matters. She worked in developing the LA Football Club’s new soccer stadium in Exposition Park, Pepperdine University’s new student residences and athletic projects, transportation matters for the J. Paul Getty Museum and Westfield commercial developments.

WORTH NOTING: Starrett serves on the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation’s board. She is the immediate past chair of the Los Angeles Parks Foundation and serves on its executive committee.
