Lodwrick “Lod” Cook is vice chairman emeritus of private investment firm Winnick & Co. and chief executive of Cane River Development Co., a residential real estate developer. He also is chairman of NeuroSigma Inc., a neuromodulation medical device company. From 1998 to 2003, he was co-chairman of Global Crossing Ltd. Prior to that, he had a 39-year career at ARCO, including as chairman and chief executive from 1986 and, upon retirement in 1995, as chairman emeritus. Cook established the Library Foundation of Los Angeles in 1992 and serves as a life regent of Pepperdine University and a trustee of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute.
