John Branca is a partner at Ziffren Brittenham, the largest entertainment law firm in the world. Branca works with high-profile clients as head of the firm’s music department. Billboard Magazine named him Attorney of the Year in 2016. He currently serves as co-executor of Michael Jackson’s estate, along with John McClain, a role he has held since 2009. Branca also is chairman emeritus of the charitable organization MusiCares and is on the board of trustees of Occidental College and the board of the UCLA Law School. He has represented 30 members of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, including Aerosmith, the Beach Boys, the Doors, Fleetwood Mac, Berry Gordy, the Rolling Stones and Carlos Santana.
