Andy Cohen is one of two Gensler co-CEOs, whose collaborative leadership model sets itself apart in the marketplace as a leading global design firm. A hands-on leader, Cohen oversees Gensler’s global platform and its day-to-day operations, including more than 5,500 people networked across 46 offices, serving clients in more than 120 countries. A champion of design, resiliency and sustainability, Cohen is a member of Gensler’s board of directors, spearheading design excellence strategies across Gensler’s diverse practice areas. He is a board member of the UCLA Institute of the Environment and Sustainability and an active member of the World Presidents’ Organization. In his role as co-CEO, Cohen is one of the key contributors to one of the largest architecture firm in the world, pioneering project types and design innovation strategies for the next century.
