Prior to co-founding RLH in 1982, Lewis worked for Bank of America. He serves as a director of Chartis Group, BlueWolf Group, Data Processing Resources Corp., PIA Merchandising Co. Inc., RGM Group, Steven Myers and Associates Inc., IntriPlex Technologies, Silverado Senior Living Inc., and several publicly and privately held portfolio companies. He is on the board of the entrepreneur program at USC’s Marshall School of Business. He has been a director at Tetra Tech Inc. since February 1988 and serves as its presiding director. Lewis received an MBA and graduated magna cum laude from USC, where he also earned a BS, cum laude, in business administration and finance, and won two NCAA tennis championships.

Deal value range: $25 million to $200 million.

Recent transactions: Invested in Utegration, a provider of consulting, customization, and implementation solutions for the utility industry. IBM acquired RLH portfolio company BlueWolf in May 2016.
