Eduard Bagdasarian is responsible for setting the firm’s vision and developing the strategy to execute it. In addition to management responsibilities, his duties include originating and managing merger and acquisition transactions. During an investment banking career spanning over three decades, he has led transaction teams in a variety of industry sectors. Prior to co-founding Intrepid, he was one of the principal partners who built up middle-market M&A advisory firm Barrington Associates. In 2006, Wells Fargo Securities acquired Barrington to serve as its M&A advisory platform.

Recent transactions: Intrepid advised Avaap, a premier provider of implementation services and proprietary product solutions for information software solutions, on its growth capital partnership with New MainStream Capital. It advised American De Rosa Lamparts (dba Luminance), a North American designer and distributor of lighting products, on its sale to Resilience Capital Partners.
