Jonathan Howe is managing director and head of mergers and acquisitions in the Wedbush Securities Investment Banking Group. He has over 25 years of investment banking experience gained while working at Wedbush Securities, Bear Stearns & Co. Inc., and Houlihan Lokey. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions representing both acquirers and sellers with particular expertise representing special committees of boards. He has also closed numerous transactions for public and private clients in the forms of public offerings and private placements as well as advisory assignments including fairness opinion engagements. Additionally, he served as the chief financial officer of Big Dog Holdings, a branded specialty retailer, where he co-led the company’s successful IPO. Howe received his MBA from the University of Southern California and his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Recent transactions: Advised on the sale of NWP Services Corp. to RealPage (tech enabled business services); advised on the divestiture of SeaKlear Division of HaloSource Inc. to Natural Chemistry Inc.; advised on the majority recapitalization of an undisclosed major branded videogame accessories company; advised on the divestiture of the Saitek Division of MadCatz Interactive Inc. to Logitech International; advised Willdan Group Inc. on the acquisitions of 360 Energy Engineers and Abacus Resource Management Co.
