Fans visiting L.A. Live will get to witness a new look at the downtown sports and entertainment center.

Anschutz Entertainment Group and Toshiba announced a global multiyear deal on Tuesday that gives the downtown sports and entertainment presenter a chance to offer fans interactive installations and LED digital screens across venues in North America and Europe.

Financial terms of the deal were undisclosed.

Jon Werbeck, vice president of AEG Global Partnerships, said Toshiba’s point-of-sale and digital signage technology will help the company enhance customer experience.

“Toshiba is a world-class brand and partner, and we are looking forward to expanding our relationship with them by extending our success into the European market,” Werbeck said, in a statement.

Toshiba has created interactive fan experiences at AEG’s DTLA Staples Center and T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, and the expanded agreement will include a $5 million renovation to the LED digital screens at L.A. Live.

Toshiba will also offer up its technology to the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Berlin with features such as video walls and touch displays. The space is expected to be completed Fall 2018.

It will also be the point-of-sale technology provider for the Mercedes-Benz Arena and its adjacent entertainment district Mercedes Platz, the O2 in London, and L.A. Live.

The deal makes Toshiba the office partner of AEG’s Mercedes-Benz Arena, the O2, L.A. Live, and a founding partner of Mercedes Platz.
