A Los Angeles judge handed pop singer Katy Perry a victory on Wednesday in her effort to buy a Los Feliz nuns’ convent for $14.5 million, according to the L.A. Times. The court blocked the nuns’ effort to sell the convent to local restaurateur Dana Hollister, who owns Silver Lake’s Cliff’s Edge and Villains Tavern in downtown Los Angeles.
