THE MONEY: Shares in Disney have given nice boost to Eisner’s net worth as well as a slight increase in shares of IAC/InterActiveCorp. Heads Tornante Co., which has investments in companies such as Web video firm Vuguru and collectible toy and candy manufacturer Topps.

BUZZ: Former Disney chief executive returned to movie-making business after inking multiyear deal with Universal Pictures in 2012. Tornante expected to produce with Universal and said to be developing comedy around Olympic Village. Its animated comedy for Netflix, “Bojack Horseman,” picked up for second season. Eisner isn’t just going into movies but possibly, court. Director and producer Jerry Kupcinet filed suit against Eisner and Tornante for breach of contract and fraud, alleging he was kicked off show “Judge Faith” he co-created and not compensated for working on pilot. Eisner founded Tornante in 2005 and came up with company’s name during bike trip in Italy. Cycling down steep mountain, every curve had sign “Tornante,” meaning hairpin turn.
