Art Leahy, the outgoing chief executive of the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transit Authority, is expected to be named the chief executive of Metrolink on Friday, the Los Angeles Times reports. If he is hired, Leahy, who will step down from Metro on April 1, would begin his new job on April 15.
