Billionaire investor Kirk Kerkorian’s Beverly Hills estate has just sold for $19 million, the Los Angeles Times reports. The property has a three-car garage, a tennis court, a guesthouse and a house with more than 9,700 square feet of space as well as a home theater and six bedrooms. Kerkorian died last June at the age of 98.
