Billionaire Gives LACMA Largest Donation to Date

The Los Angeles County Museum of Art will announce today that it has been promised the largest donation of art in its history, the Los Angeles Times reports. At least 47 paintings valued at $500 million, including works by Picasso and Monet, will be donated by 83-year-old former Univision Communications Chairman and Chief Executive Jerry Perenchio.
