Hollywood post-production company Todd-Soundelux has filed for Chapter 11 while creating a restructuring plan in advance of a sale.

The company expects to remain open for business during its transition, according to an article in the Hollywood Reporter.

The company’s sound work has recently been featured in the film “Divergent” and HBO’s fantasy TV series “Game of Thrones.”

The filing was the result of a decline in revenue, particularly in feature films, according to a statement the company gave to the Hollywood Reporter.

Todd-Soundelux changed its name from CSS Studios a year ago.
