Ryan Seacrest’s investment firm, Seacrest Global Capital, has acquired marketing and PR firm Culture Shop through a subsidiary, Seacrest’s company announced Thursday.

The deal will merge Culture Shop with marketing firm Civic Entertainment Group of New York, which Seacrest acquired in 2012. Culture Shop was founded by PR industry veteran Nate Schreiber and has worked on campaigns for brands such as Verizon, Farmers Insurance and USA Networks.

The on-air personality’s other holdings include a stake in cable channel AXS TV and smartphone accessory company Typo. Seacrest Global Capital is the investment arm of Seacrest’s media and entertainment holdings.

“This additional move reflects our collective commitment to investing in best-in-class creative business partners, and our faith in Nate Schreiber,” Seacrest and partner Rich Bressler said in a statement.
