Responses from Chief Executive Andy Kim:
What did you do to achieve the company’s growth?
We had to clearly define our vision along with specific measurable goals.
How did you manage the growing workload? For example, did you have to add space or move into new facilities?
With the growing workload, we had to expand in two key areas, space and staff. As the staff grew, additional space directly followed. We hired a handful of employees to fill key departmental roles.
What was the biggest challenge for your staff?
Prioritizing and then managing our workflow. With so many new projects and initiatives rolling out, we needed to prioritize then establish how each department would successfully execute their workflow.
