Adconion Makes Move to New Santa Monica Office

Adconion, an online ad network based in Santa Monica, has moved its headquarters and nearly tripled its square footage.

The new headquarters is 40,000 square feet in the Lantana South building at 3301 Exposition Blvd. The company previously occupied 15,000 square feet on the Third Street Promenade.

“We are growing despite the protracted recession, and this requires a space that could accommodate our current and anticipated future growth,” Jeremy Daw, Adconion’s chief technology officer, said in a statement.

Daw also said the new space facilitates the company’s creative culture. Adconion is organized into teams, so the offices will allow every employee to have personal space as well as team meeting rooms. For creative inspiration, the new building will feature an on-site beach volley court, locker rooms and showers.

In conjunction with the expansion, Adconion expects to hire more than 100 people at its 16 offices in 2011, with about 37 current job openings for the Santa Monica location.
