Los Angeles private equity firm Century Park Capital Partners said Wednesday that it has completed the acquisition of exhibition tent manufacturer Moss Inc.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Lincolnwood, Ill.-based Moss has been making exhibition tents for over 30 years. Century Park, which specializes in facilitating investment in and expansion of manufacturing companies, said it intends to pursue a growth and diversification strategy to broaden Moss’ market penetration.

“We are now poised to pursue our strategic plan of expanding into new markets and continuing to develop innovative new products,” said Chief Executive Charlie Corsentino in a statement.
