Ducommun Inc., which provides engineering and manufacturing services to the aerospace industry, said Wednesday a subsidiary received a multi-year contract from Raytheon Co. potentially worth more than $102 million.

Carson-based Ducommun will manufacture and integrate components for radar systems used on the F/A-18 E/F Super Hornet military aircraft and the radar modernization program for the F-15E military aircraft, the company said.

The contract, which runs through 2020, will be carried out at Ducommun’s Phoenix facility.

Ducommun shares were up $1.97, or 11 percent, to $19.36 in morning trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
