Aecom Technology Corp. said late Monday afternoon that it has acquired Canadian engineering firm Totten Sims Hubicki Associates. No financial terms of the deal were disclosed.

The Ontario-based firm serves transportation, facilities and environmental clients, which will align with Aecom’s growth strategy in Canadian infrastructure, the Pasadena-based engineering consulting firm said in a statement.

“We are excited by the opportunity that TSH provides for AECOM to deliver expert services to clients throughout Canada,” said John Dionisio, Aecom’s chief executive.

Founded in 1962, TSH employs 425 and has completed infrastructure, planning and architectural projects across Canada. This is Aecom’s fourth acquisition so far this year.

Shares in Aecom closed up 21 percent to $25.52 on Tuesday.
