Computer Sciences Corp. said Wednesday that it has renewed its information technology services agreement with DnB NOR, Norway’s largest financial services group.

The contract, which has a five-year base period and three one-year options, is valued at approximately $81 million if all options are exercised. Computer Sciences has provide services to the company for 13 years.

Under the agreement, Computer Sciences will provide IT support services to two DnB NOR subsidiaries, which provide consumer finance and credit card services as well as real estate and automobile financing. CSC also will provide help desk support, mainframe and network services from its data center in Copenhagen.

Shares in CSC were up 6 cents to $51.64 in afternoon trading Wednesday on the New York Stock Exchange.
