Hollywood producer and co-founder of Stan Lee Media, Peter F. Paul, has filed suit against former President Bill Clinton, accusing Clinton of cheating him out of a multimillion-dollar Internet venture, the Washington Times reports.

The 43-page complaint was filed by Paul in Los Angeles Superior Court and accuses the former president and those involved in Senator Hillary Clinton’s New York Senate 2000 campaign of a conspiracy in which Paul said he lost $30 million in stock and $1.9 million in cash.

Judge Aurelio Munoz is scheduled to hear the complaint Monday, the Times said.

Paul pleaded guilty last year to manipulating the price of Stan Lee Media’s stock in an effort to save the company, violating Securities and Exchange Commission regulations, the Times added. He also pleaded guilty to cocaine possession with intent to distribute in the late ’80s.
