LTC Properties, Inc. said it has declared a monthly cash dividend of 12 cents a share for the fourth quarter of 2006.

The dividend will be paid in October, November, and December to stockholders of record during those months.

Shares in the Malibu-based real estate investment trust were up 6 cents to $24.99 in early trading Thursday.
