Computer Sciences Corp. said Wednesday that it has won six information technology outsourcing and systems integration contracts worth as much as $320 million.

The agreements are in the United Kingdom, France and Scandinavia, and the contract time periods range from two to seven years. The deals could be worth $320 million if all options are exercised. No other financial terms were disclosed.

Shares in CSC closed down 5 cents to $53.15 Wednesday.
