True Religion Apparel Inc. said it signed a lease for a branded store in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago.

The store will be 1,028-square-feet. It to open early next year and will carry the entire line of True Religion clothing, the Los Angeles-based denim and clothing maker said.

The store will be on Halsted Street, near the Armitage and Sheffield Avenues areas, which are well-known shopping areas, the company said.

Shares in True Religion were down 12 cents to $15.30 in early trading Tuesday.
