CSC, Northrop Win Missile Contract

Computer Sciences Corp. said Monday that the New Mexico Technology Group has been awarded a $422 million contract to provide mission support services to the White Sands Missile Range at Holloman Air Force Base, N.M.


The New Mexico Technology Group is a joint venture among El Segundo-based Computer Sciences, which owns 47 percent of group; Lockheed Martin Corp., TRAX International and Los Angeles-based Northrop Grumman Corp.. The contract has a two-year base period and four two-year options.


Shares in CSC were down 32 cents to $53.27 in trading Monday. Shares in Northrop also were down 44 cents to $66.83.
