Google’s shares hit a new all-time high on Friday after the Internet search giant announced third-quarter financial figures that astounded analysts and its own management team.
Google reported late Thursday net income of $381.2 million ($1.32 per share), a more than sevenfold increase from net income of $52 million (19 cents) a year earlier.
