Yahoo Inc. is considering buying a stake in Time Warner Inc.’s America Online Internet unit, the Wall Street Journal reported on its Web site on Friday.
The Internet media network joins a crowded field of parties mulling a stake in AOL, including a joint investment by Google Inc. and Comcast Corp. and possible joint venture with Microsoft Corp.
